Owhh god.. after using it I wondered why didn't I made this purchase before. I used to wear cup of another brand. It's stem length was less and I had difficulty in removing my cup and so it's removal was a very tough task. Then I came to see your ads on insta and what attracted me was stem length. I thought of giving it a try and now this is my favourite. I have already a recommended it to my friends. Now cup removal seems a simple task.. I am very grateful for this purchase. I am using menstrual cup for altmost 4 yrs , and i just change the brand for no reason, and it was wrong decision to try femisafe , it was so irritating for me even i am using cup for years , i feel the quality is not good but it was soft and it was not leaking . The stem is so harsh it makes me itching too ,so please choose good product if you are a first time user.

We would like to let you know that the stem of FemiSafe Menstrual cups are adjustable,which means you have to trim the stem according to your convenience and comfort.
If you wear the cup and if the stem is protruding out,it will obviously be uncomfortable which is why in our Usage Instructions we've clearly mentioned about adjustable stem.

Our menstrual cups are made of 100% Medical Grade Silicone,which is of the most superior quality.Additionaly it has glossy finish and long stem that is adjustable for convenience. If the cup is soft and not leaking as you mentioned,looks like the cup did work well for you.
