For Frist time users, in starting you may feel little strange, uncomfortable, suffocating & unacceptable, may feel pains in certain body parts, just try to navigate your mind in different direction pain vill go away, also that is because we as women always used pads and only pads.
In pads we had seen blood getting spreads widely even gets leaked but belive me with cups you'll starts understanding your own blood flow during periods with no leaks and no spreads.
I suggest take cups which have ring or circle handle of any company, it will be very helpful for inserting & removing because it goes deep inside the vagina & very difficult at certain time to pull out with the pointer given by Femisafe.
To gripp that slippery pointer requires 1 thumb & 2 fingers to pull the suction cup out from the vagina that becomes very painful it's feel like hymen is torn up 😖 And same goes on again while inserting.
Other than this, my Frist experience is better
